NayaPay (EMI) charges $0.25 flat on its Visa debit when you pay in a foreign currency, plus provincial sales tax on that fee. On top comes 0.5% advance tax under Section 236Y (1% for non-filers). Here's what that adds up to, with NayaPay's own schedule of charges highlighted.
